Brief Introduction of NEPCI
The Northeast Electric Power Control Co. Ltd. (NEPCI), certified by ISO9001quality management system, is a special research organization with foreign trade rights.
It conducts research in hydraulic and pneumatic control, and electro-mechanical research, while developing products related to these fields of research. All of the Company’s activities are carried out under the leadership and support of the National Ministry of Electric Power and the Northeast Electric Power Group Corporation.
Within the Company, the Hydraulic Control Quality Testing Center of China State Power was created in 1998.
The Company’s testing practices and research facilities are technically state-of-the-art, and its light manufacturing capabilities are well-established within the electric power industry. Its research staff is made up of scientists, engineers, and technicians who have all earned outstanding reputations in their respective fields. They are guided by the spirit of teamwork, perseverance , diligence, and mutual respect among all workers.
To date, the Company’s most conspicuous achievements are in preventing turbine over-speed and preventing seal-related catastrophic failures in lubricating oil systems. The mission of the Company is to first direct its resources to the most urgent and critical problems existing in power plants. However, the Company also develops many high-technology products related to power generation that are often the first of their kind in China. The Company’s research projects and manufactured products consistently gain provincial level awards and national patents, while their economic benefits enrich society.
The Company engages in market development with national and international corporations, manufacturers, and other research institutes. The Company is also involved in business ventures throughout China.
